This basement build out was one of three areas renovated within this wonderful home. It included a full electrical overhaul, new duct work and heaters (throughout the entire house and new air conditioning upstairs), a rebuild of basement stairs, build out of exercise/guest room and closet, plus full bath, utility closets and storage. This Los Gatos client came to the table with great ideas that required outside the box thinking and creative solutions in order to bring their vision to life – all within code!
